 We
are open all year. - Our holiday prices are all inclusive.
- Bed linen, duvets, tablecloths, towels and tea towels are provided.
- Logs are provided for the log burning stoves.
- Cots, high chairs and z-beds can be provided for additional children. Please bring your own cot bedding.
- Our cottages are all non smoking.
- We will welcome you with a complimentary tea tray of home made cakes. Our Christmas and New Year guests will receive
a complimentary seasonal hamper.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, subject to a small extra cleaning charge.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all weekly lets shall commence at 4.00 pm on Friday and end at 10.00 am on the following
Friday. Short breaks shall commence at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- A deposit of £75 is payable within seven days of making a reservation. No reservation will be treated as confirmed
until the deposit has been paid.
- The balance is payable in full six weeks before the date of arrival. If a booking is made within six weeks of the
date of arrival, the whole cost must be paid immediately.
- Payment can be made by cheque, payable to Jenny Worsley. We regret that we cannot accept credit or debit cards.
- Guests are advised to arrange appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
- Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing are part, will be provided on request or when booking.
